On May 23, CACCLC held a BBQ fundraiser at St. Bridget Chinese Catholic Church. Thanks to head chef, Michael Lau, for the tremendous amount of support we had for this event along with all the volunteers we had to make this happen! A big thanks goes to the parish for always giving a huge support!

What: 粽子/zongzi (Chinese tamales)

- sticky rice 糯米
- pork belly 五花腩
- mushroom 冬菇
- peanuts 花生
- dried shrimp 蝦米
- chestnut 栗子
- mung beans 綠豆
- chinese sausage 臘腸
